Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Joyloot, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it by following the instructions below. Whether you purchased online or at an event, we’re here to help.

If Purchased at Joyloot.com:

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Orders placed during the holiday season (November 1st – December 31st) are eligible for return until January 31st.

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Apparel items must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and in original condition
  • Once your return is received and processed, you’ll get an email confirmation of your refund or new shipment
  • If exchanging, you may shop with your return credit. If the new item costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference. If it costs more, you’ll be prompted to pay the difference at checkout
  • Expedited shipping charges (2-Day and 1-Day) are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier
  • Joyloot is not responsible for non-Joyloot items returned to our warehouse
  • Do not send returns without submitting a return request first. Unapproved returns may be lost or delayed
  • Returns from purchases made via social platforms (e.g. Facebook or Instagram) follow the same process and are also free

How to Start Your Return or Exchange:

Visit joyloot.com/return and:

  1. Enter your Joyloot order number (found in your order confirmation or packing slip)
  2. Enter the email, phone number, or zip code used at checkout
  3. Select the item you wish to return (If unavailable, it may be out of the return window or already in process. Contact support if needed)
  4. Choose a replacement or opt for a refund to your original payment method
  5. Select your preferred return method:
    • Box and Ship It: Print a prepaid label and drop it off
    • Happy Returns Drop-off: Get a QR code and return in person
  6. Review all information, accept the terms, and submit your return
  7. You’ll be notified when your return is approved and how to proceed
  8. Once we receive and process your item, you’ll get confirmation of your refund or exchange

For Apparel Returns:
Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

If Purchased from Another Retailer:
Please return the item directly to the store or website you purchased from. If that’s not possible, we may consider an exchange of equal value with valid proof of purchase from an authorized retailer. Items must be clean and unworn. We do not offer refunds for purchases made outside of joyloot.com.

Products purchased from third-party sites such as eBay or Poshmark are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as these are unauthorized resale platforms.
